Steps to Create New Merchant Account

  1. Step 1: Download the New Merchant Application using the PDF Link,, to the right of the Last Update
  2. Step 2:Email the completed application to XXXX@abc.com
  3. The Email used to send in the form will be the email used for communication and question to complete the application.
  4. Step 3:Remember to scan in and include a copy of a voided check - if you do not use checks go to Step 101
